At Cabinets and Me, design becomes an experience. Our design process is centered around your vision.
We work closely with you to understand your needs and preferences, ensuring that every aspect of the design reflects your style and functionality requirements.
Getting to know you
We can’t wait to hear your luxury design plans. Why not come to our studio for a cup of coffee ?
Our team of experts will meet with you at our experience center to gain a deep understanding of your project requirements.
We will delve into details such as room dimensions, budget considerations, desired aesthetics, and more.
During this phase, we'll engage in in-depth discussions regarding appliances and finishes, although no final decisions will be made at this early stage.

Here’s what will happen next:


Meet our design team
In our second meeting, we'll present unique designs and estimates based on your requirements.
You'll gain a better understanding of our ideas and recommendations, along with the reasons behind them.
If you're satisfied, we'll proceed to the next stage. We'll also discuss an initial design fee deposit, which is non-refundable if you withdraw your proposal.
Your partner, designer and/or architect are welcome too.
Our design, your way
We review your designs with you and finalise material choices and colours.
This gives you a chance to ask any last-minute questions. When you’re happy, we’re happy.
At this point, we'll provide a fixed quotation for the final scheme, including furniture, appliances, worktops, and a first fix dry fit installation.
Our surveyor will visit your site to confirm your expectations and preparations.


Crafting your design
After mutual agreement, you'll pay 70% of the total cost as an advance before production begins.
A signed contract and specified deposit payment are required. We'll also complete and issue detailed service drawings.
Now our production team’s ready to start. Orders for component parts will be placed with our suppliers.
We complete every project in one go. We’ve always worked like this—all hands on deck until we’ve got everything ‘just so’. No glue-lines. No glitches.

Installation
Production can be monitored at our site, with delivery typically taking around 8 weeks from the order date. However, there may be exceptions or complications.

We'll mutually agree on an installation date. The actual installation takes 5 to 7 days (depending on project size).
Our design team will remain in close contact with fitters and contractors to address any questions. We recommend your plumber and electrician attend the site during the final days of installation.


The care continues
Our after-sales service includes complete assistance and quality assurance during the warranty period.
Any questions about maintenance, cleaning, or new components, we’re here.
Need to replace your sink sealant? No problem. We’ll send someone from our team to your home.
